Our Club
Humanity First at UC Berkeley is a registered student organization at the University of California, Berkeley. We raise proceeds that go towards both the local community and national campaigns in coordination with Humanity First USA. During our time at Berkeley, we have volunteered around the local area at the Bread Project, Rosa Parks Elementary School, the Berkeley Food and Housing Project, and many others. We have also hosted fundraisers in order to support international relief projects such as the Gift of Sight initiative in Guatemala, the Nutrition Project in Africa, and the Water for Life Project in Northern Ghana.

Our Mission
Through our volunteer work and fundraisers, Humanity First aims to alleviate suffering and promote human development in socially disadvantaged communities. This year, our mission will be focusing on Feed the Hungry in America, which will help bring improved food sources to many malnourished families across the US and eliminate food waste. Together, we aim to unite students in addressing immediate hunger in poverty-stricken areas and leave a lasting positive influence.
